Terms and Conditions

For mutual comfort, before asking for a commission I invite you to read Terms & Conditions. Once you decide to ask for a commission you confirm you read and accept my Terms & Conditions. Not accomplishing this may end in blocking. I reserve myself the right to accept or reject a commission..1- Changes are allowed in a limited way and solely during the sketch progress without extra fees. After that I will only accept color changes with no extra fees.
2- Please provide clear references about your OC, what you want, what are you expecting for, poses, expressions, everything!! Be as detailed as possible, you can use other drawings or poses as references if you want it. Don’t be afraid to provide details! That will ease the work for both of us.
3- My working schedule goes from 17:00 h (5:00 PM) to 1:00 AM Chilean Time. I will provide WIPS everyday if possible.
3a- If something else happens during that time I will inform you ASAP.WHAT I DO AND WHAT I DON’T
4- NSFW / SFW
I ONLY PROVIDE FURRIES, POKEMON, DIGIMON, DINOSAURS, SCALIES OR PONIES/ANTHRO PONIES, BOTH SFW AND NSFW.
FETISHES AND NSFW CONTENT HAVE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF +10% OF THE TOTAL COMMISSION.I WILL NOT draw:
-HUMANS
-Cubs
-References to Zoophilia or MAPs
-Any fetish related to puking, excretions (things about scat, defecation, diapers, etc) and/or watersports.
-Real animal, anatomically correct sexual organs (I will only draw human sexual organs, nothing else!)
-Hate speech and direct attacks against other persons, politicians, ethnic groups, minorities, individuals, pages, communities, etc.
-Anime style
-Feral (in NSFW context)
I WILL draw:
-Gore
-Kemono
-Mecha (depends on, just ask!) (consider that this section comes with an extra charge)
-Fetishes like macro/micro, vore... just ask!
-NSFW and/or R34PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
5- Payments must be realized 100% prior to the beginning, that’s the only way I can start drawing your commission.
5a- If you have commissioned me in 2 other previous instances you have the chance to pay a down payment of 50% at the start, then the other 50% before lineart progress starts
5b- If you have commissioned me in 4 previous instances you have the chance to pay in small credits and with major flexibility.
6- No refunds after the definitive lineart.
7- Payments can be done via "Cuenta Rut" (transference) or Mach if you live in Chile, for international clients I’ll use Paypal. In the description please put “Commission [Insert the commission you asked for]” DON’T EVER PUT THE TERM “NSFW” ON IT.WAITING TIME
8-Depends of the difficulty of the asked commission (It can take from 3 days up to 2 weeks).
9- You can reserve a slot from a commission with no problem, you will be registered in the waiting list. Once your turn comes you’ll be notified ASAP to confirm your payment and begin with.
10- If you ask for a commission with urgency you must ask how many people are before you. THERE ARE NO PREFERENCES, RESPECT OTHERS’ TURN!ONCE THE COMMISSION IS FINISHED
11- The drawing will be sent in PNG and JPEG format through Gmail correspondence
11a- Drawings in PNG are for you to see in detail the quality of the drawing, JPEG is to be submitted to social networks with no issues.
12- All SFW-rated drawings will be published in all or some of the following social networks.
*Twitter (Only NSFW)
*Instagram
*Facebook (my personal/artist account)
*Derpibooru (for My Little Pony-related commissions)
*Furaffiniry (for NSFW and/or SFW)
*Bluesky (sometimes)13- NSFW drawings will be published only via Twitter (another account) and/or FuraffinityUPDATES! d1- When you use my services and/or consume my artistic content, training, using, or anything similar with my artistic work with AI is automatically strictly forbidden. If you don't agree with this, there are other super talented artists who are fine with AI.d2- In case of failure to comply with section d1, you will be automatically added to a blacklist and blocked.e- In the case of military outfits or clothing, it is necessary to clarify that I only create OC-related fantasy without alluding to violence or personal political or philosophical thoughts or inclinations.f-If you like traditional artwork such as paintings or badges, please contact me directly via DM. Términos y condiciones

Para la comodidad de amb@s, antes de pedir una comisión te invito a leer mis Términos y condiciones, al solicitar una comisión estas aceptando mis Términos y condiciones, el incumplimiento será sancionado con bloqueo. Me reservo el derecho de aceptar o rechazar una comisión.1- Los cambios son permitidos de forma ilimitada solo en el Sketch sin cobro extra, luego de esto solo se aceptaran cambios de coloreo sin cobro extra.
2- Por favor, envía referencias claras de tu Oc, lo que deseas, lo que buscas, las poses, expresiones, todo!! Se detallado, si quieres puedes usar de referencia otros dibujos o poses, no escatimes en detalles! Esto nos favorece a ambos.
3- Mis horarios de trabajo son desde las 17:00 hrs (5:00 pm) hasta las 1:00 am hora Chilena. Todos los días enviaré avances

5- El pago se realiza 100% por adelantado, solo así comenzaré tu comisión.
5a- Si ya me has comisionado 2 veces antes tienes la opción de flexibilizar el pago y pagar 50% al principio y luego los otros 50% al pasar al Lineart
5b- Si me has comisionado más de 4 veces tienes la opción de pago por abonos y mayor flexibilidad.
6- No hay devoluciones una vez pasado al lineart definitivo.
7- Los pagos son por Cuenta Rut (transferencia) o Mach para Chile, para compra internacional está Paypal. Para la descripción colocar por favor “Comisión [Inserte la comisión solicitada]” NO COLOCAR EL TÉRMINO “NSFW”.TIEMPO DE ESPERA
8-Depende de la dificultad de la comisión solicitada (puede demorar desde 3 días a 2 semanas).
9- Puedes pedir reserva de una comisión sin compromiso, serás anotado en la lista de espera y al ser tu turno serás contactado a la brevedad para confirmar el pago y comenzar.
10- Si tienes un pedido de emergencia debes consultar con anterioridad cuantas personas hay antes que tu, NO SE HACEN PREFERENCIAS, RESPETA EL TURNO DEL OTRO!FINALIZADA LA COMISIÓN
11- El dibujo será enviado en formato PNG y JPEG por medio de un correo Gmail
11a- Los dibujos que se encuentran en formato PNG son para poder observar en detalle la calidad del dibujo, el formato JPEG son para subir a redes sociales sin problemas.12- Todos los dibujos solicitados SFW serán publicados en todas o algunas de las siguientes redes sociales:
*Twitter (Solo NSFW)
*Instagram
*Facebook (cuenta de personal/artista)
*Furaffinity (NSFW y/o SFW)
*Derpibooru (para comisiones relacionadas a My Little Pony)
*Bluesky (ocasionalmente)13- Los dibujos NSFW solo serán publicados via Twitter/X en la cuenta especifica para esto.Actualizaciones (Última: 02-01-2026)
a- Como artista, NO TENGO PODER DE DECIDIR NI RESPONDER por el comportamiento de otras personas; por ende, no me responsabilizo del actuar de mis clientes.b- Los accesorios o cosas extra detalladas tendrán un recargo adicional partiendo de los 2 USD / 1000 CLP; el precio irá aumentando dependiendo de la cantidad y complejidad del detalle extra.c- Si el cliente lo solicita, la comisión puede NO ser subida NI usada como ejemplo, respetando la privacidad que este cliente solicite SIN NECESIDAD DE UN COBRO EXTRA.c1- Me reservo el derecho a subir una comisión.d- CON RESPECTO A LA I.A.
d1- Al momento de tomar mis servicios y/o consumir mi contenido artístico, automáticamente estará estrictamente prohibido el entrenamiento, uso o similares de mis trabajos artísticos con IA. Si no estás de acuerdo con esto, hay otros artistas con muchísimo talento que no tienen problema con la IA.d2- En caso de faltar al apartado d1, serás agregado automáticamente a una lista negra y bloqueo.e- En caso de realizar ropa o vestimenta militar, es necesario aclarar que yo solo realizo una fantasía relacionada al OC sin aludir a la violencia ni pensamiento o inclinación política o filosófica personal.f- Si deseas algún trabajo tradicional como pinturas o badges debes consultarme directamente a mi dm. Estos trabajos son exclusivamente para el publico de Chile. Para mas detalles de envios y/o entregas porfavor, comunicate conmigo!
